I am a senior designer with skills in user experience, interface design, service design & design thinking –– working here for 4,5 years in total. Like others here, I worked together with Zoli at our former common employer, Kirowski (later: Dentsu Isobar Budapest) with several projects.
I am a traditionally trained designer who got started with print graphic design originally. By trade, I am an architect technician, but never worked in the construction industry. I changed my track in 2000 towards webdesign, my first full-time job in that regard was at Kirowski from 2004, I saw the company grow from 20 employees to 120 during my years there. I mostly worked there on Telekom online projects. After my 11,5 years of tenure at Isobar, I said yes to Zoli’s invitation to join MelkwegDigital for 3,5 years. Then I had a break when I worked for the leading local energy company, E.ON for 4,5 as UX manager & senior service designer. I came back to the Melkweg family because I like the culture here so much –– nowadays mostly working on Lufthansa Systems projects.
Being (pixel) perfect. ;) Also, structured thinking to understand systems & processes. I love the atomic design philosophy: breaking-down digital interfaces to the elementary atoms and then building them together as Lego bricks.
I love those projects which make people’s life easier, designing services, processes more efficient & easier to use. If I need to pick one: the ELMÜ customer-facing portal redesign because it was a huge, complex, cross-functional team effort at Melkweg with a lot of user research, card sorting, user testing. I like the business-driven Lufthansa Cargo challenges which I am in now deeply.
I am into video gaming (Xbox), movies and tv series (especially sci-fi) as well as running twice weekly and biking 40-50 km on the weekends.
